Body Mapping Workshop
Body Mapping is a method of learning healthy, sustainable & beautiful movement through discovering & correcting one’s body map – our brain’s internal representation of our physical body.
Topics covered include: balanced sitting and standing, bending, lifting, reaching, walking and breathing. Material is covered using images, video, anatomical models, movement & awareness explorations and discussion.
